Gary started with AQ in July of 2016. He received his CFSP certification in the fall of 2017. Prior to AQ, he spent nearly 20 years as a Chef, working at several restaurants around Jacksonville, including The Mossfire Grill, Blue Bamboo, and Kickbacks Gastropub. He holds a Culinary Management Degree and his favorite thing to cook is soup, of which he makes a particularly good Carrot Bisque.
