AQ Software Update - October 2020
The following updates were deployed to the AQ CPQ software on October 28, 2020. Read on to learn more about some key feature enhancements to the software here.
AQ Pay Updates
Notified In Real Time
Quotes will automatically be marked as Accepted when paid for.
AQ Pay users will now receive an email confirmation that a quote/invoice has been paid

Include with Project
The “Include with Project” option has been expanded to all report types. This option allows you to choose if you want to include Net Pricing, Sell Pricing and/or Non-active items in the project you are sending. Once you make a selection it will remain that way until you change it again.
- If Net Price is not selected, the List Price and Net Price on the imported project will be the same.
- If Sell Price is not selected, the Net Price and Sell Price on the imported project will be the same.
- If Inactive Items is not selected, only Active, Optional, Alternate and Incomplete items will appear on the imported project.
