AQ Software Update - March 2021

The following updates were deployed to the AQ CPQ software on March 30, 2021. Read on to learn more about some key feature enhancements to the software here.

"Request Changes" Option

Our team has updated the Quote Acceptance window with a “Request Changes” option. Previously, users could only accept or decline a quote. This new option gives your customers the ability to provide feedback that changes are needed before the quote can be accepted.

Due Dates for Payment Terms

You can now include Due Dates for Payment Terms on a quote through AQ Pay. This will make it easier to communicate clear expectations of your payment schedule to your customers. Adding the dates can be done as you set the payment terms and are visible on the quote and the Payment Schedule page.

Payment Terms Schedule Layout

Team AQ has updated the Payment Schedule layout for AQ Pay users, making it easier to read while including all the same functionality and due dates.

Report Options

Admins can now select whether or not the Admin Greeting and/or FootNote print on certain report types. This new button is visible in the Company Notes menu.
