After we launched our new website earlier this year, we decided to go another step further and create a centralized location to provide customers with easier access to more AQ resources. We are pleased to introduce MyAQ, the first phase of a new customer portal accessible now using your current AQ credentials.
Designed for AQ customers, MyAQ expands access to information that can help you maximize AQ’s products and solutions and keep up with the latest news and updates from AQ. You can log in to MyAQ now by clicking on the “Login” button on the navigation bar from any page on the AQ website. You can bookmark MY.AQ-FES.com to go directly to the login page.
We wanted to share a quick overview of what you can find in the first phase of MyAQ.
1. Client Search
The client search is a complete database of AQ customers that list on AQ and subscribes to AQ CPQ. You can search by company name or filter the search by the following customer types; manufacturer, dealer, rep, broadliner, and consultant. Many of our subscribers requested continued access to manufacturer numbers, so we included those as part of the new Client Search. To locate a manufacturer’s number, you can search by company name, or filter the search by manufacturer, and the numbers will populate in a new column in your search results.
2. Video Resources
We want to make sure you have all the tools you need to optimize your use of AQ and learn more about other products and solutions that can help you and your business. You can find product tutorials on AQ and AQ Design Solutions alongside many of our most recent webinars so you can catch up on what you might have missed, or get a refresher when it works for your schedule.
3. Product Resources
MyAQ is the place to find materials and information about all of AQ’s products and solutions. You can learn more about the products you use and others that can help you add more efficiency to your quoting and sales process.
The most exciting part is that this is just the beginning. We will continue to expand the resources and capabilities of MyAQ and will keep you informed on those updates.
