Earlier this year, we launched AQ Insight for manufacturers, a new product designed to help customers view and analyze their data. The dashboard includes an overview of published products and top-rated categories along with monitoring capabilities for projects.
Following this launch, our team looked closely at what enhancements could be made to benefit manufacturers and expand Insight to serve other customers. We are now excited to offer Insight for Reps, that provides reps with free tools to dive deeper into the analytics behind selling activity. The features allow reps to track and measure their quote activity all from one place, maximizing efficiency.
Sharing data has never been easier
Reps traditionally depend on manual reporting processes to keep manufacturers up to date on AQ projects and their quote volume, creating a time-consuming process for both parties. Insight for Reps allows reps to share quote activity with manufacturers through a simple process, giving them the freedom to choose which manufacturer partners to share data with.
This process is facilitated through a dashboard display of new and pending manufacturer requests which reps manage by screening and accepting. Once accepted, the manufacturer’s name is moved to a list that displays existing shared views, dissolving the need for a manual backlog of paperwork.
The feature can be customized by allowing reps to choose which accounts to grant access to their view individually. They always have the option to opt-out of the share feature and continue using manual reports with certain accounts if that is their preference.
Skip the download button by using online reports
Reps currently rely on exporting data reports to view and share information. This practice creates inefficiency by requiring extra computer storage and time allotted from reps. With Insight for Reps, users can create and view reports through their online dashboard, foregoing the need to download files while keeping their data organized.
Reps can access product-level data to track, measure, and report on the metrics of their quote activity. Dashboard data includes quoting data by customer, brand, region, product category, and marketing category. The data is displayed methodically to allow for a complete overview of each category, and the view can also be arranged to allow for a refined experience.
Track project timelines in one place
An added benefit of having features like online reports and sharing capabilities is the optimization of project planning processes that will make for an overall better experience. These reports allow reps to monitor market trends and helps them strategize for future projects.
Quoting trends can be measured and projects organized with timelines that are followed from beginning to end. These tools will facilitate rep activities throughout their various stages.
