Go From Quote to Order Faster with AQ

Introducing AQ’s newest feature, Quote Acceptance



“Work smarter” are two words you’ve probably heard before. Its popularity is because its meaning is rooted in improving the way we do things to boost productivity, especially for our businesses. As most of us have moved to working remotely, it’s taken on new meaning. The truth is, we’re all doing our best to multitask already so, why not take one more email, phone call or meeting out of the equation if you can?


AQ is all about helping you work more effectively so you can you work smarter and faster. AQ already makes creating and sending a quote simple. Now, your customer can accept that quote so you can turn it into an order - faster. We are pleased to introduce AQ’s Quote Acceptance feature.

Instead of emailing a PDF, you can share a link with your customer via email where the quote can be accessed in a web browser. You can still include all the product documents you want, and your customer can accept or decline, and sign off electronically. They can even send a message sharing any notes or required modifications all through AQ, streamlining communication no matter where you, and your customer, are working from.

You can keep up with a quote’s activity and view the history in the Details panel of your AQ project. You still have the option to create and email a PDF from AQ allowing you to work in the way that works best for you and your customer.
