Earlier this year, AQ launched the AQ NetSuite Customer Center. In this centralized and secure portal, your company’s admin or designated billing contact can access and manage important information about your AQ account. The purpose of the Customer Center is to provide transparency into your AQ account and simplify the billing and payments process.
In this blog post, we address some frequently asked questions and share step-by-step instructions to follow to complete the set up of your Customer Center account.
What kind of information is available in the NetSuite Customer Center?
Once logged in, you can quickly review and download copies of your invoices and view your payment history including all transactions, sales orders and credit memos posted to your account.
Can I make payments on my account?
Yes! You can make credit card and ACH bank transfer payments in the Customer Center. If you have experienced disruption, making a payment through the portal is the fastest way to bring your account up to date and restore your access to AQ.
Soon, we will phase out the current payments page on the AQ website, and all credit card payments will need to be paid through the NetSuite Customer Center. If you elect to pay by check, moving forward, please mail those payments to the following address:

I have multiple subsidiaries – can I see all of my companies in one view?
Yes! Please reach out to our accounting department directly at receivables@AQ-FES.com and we can coordinate a time with you to set up your account to view all of your subsidiaries with a single login.
Can anyone at my company gain access to the Center if they have AQ credentials?
No. Only the person that has been identified by your company as the billing contact can access your company’s account information. If you manage your company’s billing or are responsible for managing your company’s AQ account and you have not received communication from AQ about the NetSuite Customer Center, please contact our accounting team at receivables@AQ-FES.com
Are my login and password the same as my AQ credentials?
Your credentials are not associated with your login to AQ. When you complete your account set up, you will select a password – we recommend setting a unique password to ensure a higher level of security. To complete the set up of your password, click here.
