The end of the year is always a busy time for the Content Services team as we see the highest seasonal volume of price list updates for the months of December and January. Over 150 price list updates have been or will be published during those months.
During this busy time period, it’s a great time to ensure that publishers continue to send all updates/changes to your AutoQuotes publication(s) via email at content@AQ-FES.com. We request that you do not use any other email address until informed otherwise.
Updating your publication on AutoQuotes as accurately and efficiently as possible is our top priority. That is why we have implemented an easy-to-use template to assist in making changes to your product information and attributes.
Benefits of using the template include:
- Access to a comprehensive view of your product information and attribute values
- Ability to track your suggested changes such as new products, changes to existing products, and discontinued products
- Valuable insight into required versus nice to have attributes for prioritization
- Clear definitions of attributes and their accepted values
- Reduced time to publication
Email communication is still the most efficient way to route your request directly to our team where we utilize a case management system to organize your updates sent to content@AQ-FES.com. It also assists in our maintenance of an audit trail for your requests and files shared between us. In the near future, an enhancement for all manufacturers will enable you to monitor the receipt, progress, and completion of all requests submitted by you.
