AutoQuotes Launches New Design for the AQ Catalog
The technology company offers customers a new catalog view
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 12, 2017 – AutoQuotes, a leading technology company for the foodservice equipment and supplies industry, today announced a new way to view products and accessories in its cloud-based AQ Catalog.
The new “card view” design gives AQ Catalog publishers and subscribers another option for how they search, filter, compare and choose items from the Catalog. The new design presents products and accessories more visually, with a focus on media and key data that is more comprehensive than the information presented by e-commerce sites.
“The new card view was designed to simplify the user experience by using streamlined product categories and interactive cards,” said Ross Buel, Vice President of Sales & Business Development at AutoQuotes. “The card view contains all the same current, detailed and trusted product information that you are used to from AutoQuotes, it’s just presented in a more visual and user-friendly way.”
Features of the card view include a clean, modern and more visual interface; streamlined categories and subcategories; interactive searching and filtering by key attributes; and enhanced options for publishers to present more images and media related to their products and accessories.
AutoQuotes will still keep the previous viewing options in the Catalog, now referred to as “classic view,” which includes thumbnail images, and a straight “list view.” Users will be able to toggle seamlessly between all three views.
