Find KI Awards Winners on AQ
While we have to wait another year for the National Restaurant Association Show, NRA recently announced the 2021 Kitchen Innovation award winners to celebrate manufacturing feats in a year unlike any other. From Eloma’s fully modular combi to a new space-saving under-the-counter ice machine from Hoshizaki, manufacturers found new ways to drive innovation and create customer-driven products in a challenging year for the entire FES supply chain. The KI Awards are granted annually by the NRA through a selection process by an independent panel of judges that includes industry leaders, foodservice consultants, design experts, multi-unit executives. AQ congratulates all of the award winners, many of whom are AQ customers.

AQ Customers Part of FE&S Magazine's Award-Winning Design Project
Additionally, FE&S Magazine announced the Facility Design Project of the Year award winner – the Pavilion Dining Center at the University of California, Merced. AQ and AQ Design Solutions customer, Cini-Little of Germantown, MD, was the project's kitchen design consultant, and long-time AQ customer Boelter was the foodservice equipment provider for the project.
