Instead of emailing a PDF of your AQ quote to a customer, using the Quote Acceptance feature, you can send a link where the quote is viewed and can be accepted immediately via a web viewer. You can still include all of the supporting documentation, and your customer can easily send a message to share notes or modifications required. You can keep track of the quote’s activity and view the history in the Details panel of your AQ project
Utilizing Quote Acceptance eliminates the need for long email trails and waiting on paperwork streamlining communication and the sales process at the same time – no matter how, and from where, you and your customers are doing business.

STREAMLINING THE PAYMENTS PROCESS WITH AQ PAY
Your customer has accepted, and now you need to move that quote to order. Before that happens, you may require a deposit or payment in full. AQ Pay, powered by Currency, provides instant access to online payment options for your customers right from an AQ quote or invoice, making it easier for your customers to pay you and helping you get paid faster.
Through Currency, you can track payment status through a customer portal, and connect your customers to financing options to help increase their purchasing power. Soon, customers will have instant access to financing through Currency from the AQ Pay widget.
