A Simplified Content Submission Process for Manufacturers is Here

AQ is on a mission to continue to provide the highest levels of value and service to your business and ensure we are a company that is easy to do business with. Over the last year, we have committed to evaluating and improving our internal processes to provide our customers with a superior customer experience. We’ve recently implemented a simplified way for manufacturers to submit content and pricing updates and requests related to your AQ product listings. 

Moving forward, manufacturers can submit all requests and communications to AQ's Content Services Team using a single email address: Your communication is automatically routed to the Content Services Team assigned to your account, and you will receive an automated confirmation so you can be sure your email was received without delay. We made this change thoughtfully for a few reasons: 

Better account management
Utilizing this email-to-case process allows our team to easily organize and track both new and historical requests from manufacturers more efficiently. Since we implemented this process earlier this year, more than 9,000 cases have been closed, and half a million products were updated – faster. 

Faster resolution to your non-product listing requests
Not all of your requests are related to content. Sometimes you engage your content liaison for issues outside the scope of your product listing, and we want to help get you the right answer quickly! Using a single email address allows your content manager to promptly engage with other AQ departments to resolve issues related to accounting, customer success, technical support, and our product team.  

To get started with this new process, here’s a couple of tips to keep in mind: 

Submit a new request for a new request

Sounds simple, right? The point here is to keep each email thread specific to the original request. In other words, if you have a non-related question or a new submission request not related to the current email communication, simply submit a new email to instead of replying to a previous email.  

Submit amendments/updates to a request via the automated response 

You will receive an automated response every time you submit a request via If you need to make a change or require an additional edit, you can quickly reply to the automated confirmation email you received for that specific request keeping all requests organized for optimum turnaround time.
